It doesn't take an expert to point out the obvious. Interesting article, although the partisan pivot halfway through diminishes it somewhat. Not a fan of articles that start off with Expert A's comments, then segues into Writer's bias using the appeal to authority. It's hard to find an objective analysis with a pox on both houses these days. Perhaps that's a point in and of itself.
