Everyone that was stupid enough to give Tony any kickstarter money should read this.
http://venturebeat.com/2013/01/22/why-t ... was-right/I'll copy the important part:-
"As far as the bankruptcy is concerned, my lawsuit was actually little more than a small claims lawsuit. If you file a real
lawsuit in Arizona you file that in superior court. I filed it in a court that is lower than that called the justice court, and
it’s not actually small claims court. For legal reasons, I didn’t file it in small claims. It has to do with the fact that I
wanted a declaration that we were not investors, we were buyers. You can’t do that in small claims court, so I filed it in justice court."

See a lawyer, take legal action.
You will need to file a claim at a justice court, it doesn't cost much.
Along with the legal action of Torn Armour and "others" defiance will certainly be declared bankrupt.
Tony made John Morse CEO and John will be the one liable for the company anyway.
Tony was mindful enough to register the company in Wyoming remember?
http://www.wyomingregisteredagent.com/w ... ration.htmAlthough it's doubtful you'll get your money back - Tony has probably spent it all.
A real crook would break into your house.
Tony took money off you people for some toy soldiers with kickstarter helping themselves to your wallet in the process.
All legal and above board it seems - but it's still theft in my eyes.
With shitbags like Tony involved and kickstarters hand washing attitude to such dodgy projects, crowdfunding doesn't look so
"awesomesauce" now does it?
