The only thing I'd be worried about is that mere mortals are going never going to bring out all the details and might be put off because of that - hope not.

Female Demi humans with the possible exception of elves are in short supply in 15mm. Especially dwarves. So that would get my vote.
I'd worry about covering variations of elf, dwarf, halfling, human as rogue, fighter, wizard, cleric before I moved on to less classic characters, simply because that is what is present in most fantasy rpgs.
