I do love a chainsaw.
This one lacks the safety brake (which should be in front of her right hand) and those oversized rivets (that will prevent cutting in depth) are also bothersome to me. However, from what I can see on my phone I'd say the teeth are sculpted the right way round, it's just that some of the cutting tooth detail has been left out thus making them appear reversed. The teeth run forwards from the top so the chip spray is thrown backwards from underneath but there's also usually an exhaust sitting in front of the missing safety brake, that would blow down onto the work area partly to force debris away from the operative and also clear of the cutting area.
All that said, she's holding it the wrong way round: right-handed use will place her right hand on the trigger switch/rear handle and her left on the top/side hand rail. By holding it as a left hander, the chain runs in line with the centre of her body, which presents increased risk if a chain link breaks. Held correctly, the chain would run perpendicular to the outside right of the body, exposing to the outer right thigh rather than the more vulnerable groin area.
The absence of PPE: Yikes! I once managed to run the saw into the front of my safety boot - what can I say, it was late and I was tired and on a deadline. In any event I doubt with her physique she'd be able to control it.
But all that said it is post apoc fantasy and its market will probably only be concerned that the saw looks like a saw, which in general terms it does.
