Think it's outside dude. (Green tile being the endor like clue)...

I have however been wrong before.

Mind you space crusade (stone cold classic) had an indoor robot thing too....

Space crusade (definitively the point at which Games Workshop slipped from slightly evil moneygrabbing corporation to who gives a fuck about quality corporate rapists) had a rather smaller robot... Not a walking light tank.

That said I think you are right about it being outside.

My new question.. Why is the outside divided into corridors?

Between the trees? :loopy:

I saw these at Gencon in their display case. Figures are in the 28mm-32mm "size", and yes comments were it being based on the Descent mechanics. I'll be buying it eventually, and I'll likely substitute in some of the prepaint plastic Star Wars figures.
It is. And it is not. When it is, and when it is not, is the question or the answer, or both or neither.

I remember there was an expansion to Space Crusade with a pretty big walker in it. Still the one here looks a bit big for the tiles and you dont seem to get enough tiles for the number of minis.

Although if they are all crammed into the same room it will help game play be fast!

If it's all grid based shouldn't it be pretty easy to convert it to inches and just plop down standard gaming terrain?

Liking this splurge if SW games though I hope FFG don't come to rely too heavily on Star Wars for their income. I wouldn't want to see a LOTR style bubble cause financial problems for them in the future.

Had a look at some Descent minis from the new version on the weekend, was bloody surprised the plastic was not bendy at all. Was sharp casting too. This may end up being great if that is worth going by
