Khurasan previews War of the Spanish Succession French foot

Here's a first look at the initial releases in our 15mm/18mm* War of the Spanish Succession range -- the "giant of the grand siècle," the French Army.

Fusiliers:

Grenadiers:

Standardbearers and officers (the standard poles have the distinctive French ribbons and cords cast on, but the paper flag must be provided separately):

Drummers and sergeants:

These will be sold in three sets--fusiliers, grenadiers, and command. Following these will be cavalry and artillery, then the infantry of another nation (mums the word for now). Mike Broadbent sculpted these and Rafa painted them.

These models are painted in the colours of the Regiment Royal, which fought at Blenheim, was present but not engaged at Oudenaarde, then fought at Malplaquet and Denain.

These first codes will go up for sale as soon as I get them from the casters. More soon....

*they're 18s, but we call them this because some people consider 18mm to be "heroic 15mm" -- in other words, some 18mm models are marketed as 15mm. :)

That pretty much sums it up. Cracking stuff indeed.
When I die I want the Arsenal players to lower me into my grave so they can let me down one last time.

You've just made me wish I wasn't doing this in heroic 25mm damn you :argue:

Nice sculpts and PJs, good luck with them.
