The naked lady is not for me personally, but honestly, the pole is kind of cool. I would love to see a small run of terrain like this suitable for Mordheim and similar games.

Because rather than looking like a character piece for a rescue scenario, it just looks like a sexual abuse / rape victim set up. While I've no doubt lots of women have been tied up and raped over the years, I don't particularly want to game it.
In the same way, I'm sure a lot of captive men were stripped, tied to stakes, then castrated. I don't really want a figure of that either.

It's not a prudish thing over the tits, more a feeling that the subject matter is distasteful. I accept that's probably hypocritical coming from a man who's hobby is making tiny models kill each other... but I'm happy to be a hypocrite in this instance.

And yes, as a general thing, tits are great.
