I'm not Rob... I didn't like the idea of him blatantly stealing ideas and said so... I don't need to repeat it over and over again.

The only bit of these marines that I like are the sculpted shoulder pads... they have a very Soviet look to them. The rest... yadda-yadda

Anyone can make a star/rifle/hat look Soviet, the style of the figure on the shoulder pad is much more difficult to achieve.

Actually, these Sovvie Marines are quite original. No rocks to stand on, couldn't spot a skull and didn't see too many spikes, so yes, I'd call it refreshing .
