The Bolshirats and the Menshimice

Postby Khurasanminiatures » Thu Nov 07, 2013 5:44 pm

We're very pleased to release our latest range, 28mm Rodent Civil Wars. We have both the Bolshirats and the Menshimice for this tumultuous war, as well as the dreaded Adlerkorps mercenary stosstruppen. The models were sculpted by Bob Olley and these were painted by Andrew Taylor.

The range is 28mm scale, but keep in mind that the Bolshirats and Menshimice are diminutive, so are about 20mm tall. The mighty Adlers are a full 28mm tall. For each rodent range we have troopers armed with the Mousin-Nagant rifle, command, and a HMG team.

Here are the Bolshirats --

And the Menshimice -- God save the Caesar (even though he's dead)!

Stranded in the Caesarist Empire when their own land was defeated by the perfidious Bulldogs, the fearsome Adlerkorps now serve as mercenaries for any rodent officer lucky (and rich) enough to hire a few. Standing at a full 28mm height, and trained in ferocious stosstruppen tactics, fighting with grenades, submachine guns and even trench-shovels, even one of these grim veterans can turn the course of the battle. Gott strafe die Bulldoggen!

We also have platoon deals for the rodent forces, which have one of each rodent pack for each faction.

Totally bonkers, but great!
When I die I want the Arsenal players to lower me into my grave so they can let me down one last time.

Yeah, that Scotsman is a bit handy with a brush. With the dwarves, hobbits and goblins already available, Fantasy WW1 is now a viable gaming period it seems.

I am bowled over by the amazing paint job Andrew has done on the sculpts I modeled for Khurasan :froth: :froth:
