That looks fab. If I was big into fantasy gaming it'd be a must buy (as well a ton more of their stuff)

They are great looking, so I did a quick cost check.
To get the cottage worth 28 euros I picked 3 buildings to 147 euros.
The shipping and vat on top was an extra 67 euros!

Too much for me unfortunately.

Shipping from Germany is a bit cheaper than from TTW, but you'd still have to pay VAT, so the difference shouldn't be that big.

It looks incredible but then, as above, the costs add up. It wouldn't be that difficult to build a not-as-good one though....if I could be bothered. Can't afford the actual one :(

Would you still have to pay VAT if ordering outside the EU?

I know Baccus removes this for non-EU locations...
