ork warboss ID

Looks a lot like GW/Forgeword in the grey resin etc, but google doesn't turn up any forgeworld WHFB warbosses, and there is nothing in the current citadel finecast range that looks like that.
The the fact that I've only ever seen in on ebay from a seller in Kiev (and all the rest of the stuff in his shop appears to be resin knock off stuff) makes me think maybe this is a small one-off not-GW shop, in the vein of scibor. . . just wondered if we'd seen it/or the seller around before?
