copplestone, armour cast, and Pardulon all have useful bits, tables, work tops , add in some Fenris drums etc

Ral Partha once had "Mordenheims Lab" in their "Ravenloft" series, complete with monster, mad scientiest, Igor, damsel in distress, lightning transformator and operating table.
Although I don't know if this set is still around somewhere. :cry:
