Oh, aparently I meant the BlackRockCity Throne, or whatever, if Charybdis is the dragon. I think I just stopped caring once I looked again and this time noticed that the snake lady was covered in blood drips. :loopy:

I think it looks all shite, apart from the Khaìne-Avatar and the spearmen. all the spearmen versions where crap for the last two decades.

And when you consider those metal Rogering She-rash witch elves look to be about 25% cheaper... :loopy:

Basic troops look exactly like the ones from 10 years ago, all looks very boring and plasticy (yes I know it's most all plastic anyway)

I guess I may be a lone voice in the wilderness (almost) but I like all of them!
Not to say I like the prices at all but a darn sight better than what they had before in terms of how they look!
Best Warriors they have ever done - sorry but I'm not a fan of some of the old metal dark elves.

The best modern Dark Elves are the corsairs. I think Fitz's Black Guard were quite good as well. Otherwise, the old Citadel sculpts with the vaguely "Sea Peoples" helmets were the best.

Look no further than Raging Heroes for brilliant witch elves.

Your right those look much better! 8) The price is fair as they are metal, but the fact remains it would be expensive to build a unit with these too. Which brings me back around to GW where doing things in plastic was supposed to make things cheaper way back when to afford the game, but somewhere along the line that went out the window.

I rather like all of them, though the leaping off ruins thing is a bit annoying. Paint jobs on the fighty women are feckin' gorgeous. :froth:

Really like the witch elves / sisters but will not pay £3.50 per figure. Feel sorry for anyone that has to try and build a unit of these CORE troops in a dark elf army and also I feel sorry for anyone willing to pay that much for R&F plastic figures....

Love the medusa thingy, despite the fact she is dripping blood, but £46 for that figure, plus a couple of witch elves (can't use the grand staircse) is never going to come out of my wallet....

Then the is the one click bundle GW are advertising on their site.... 4x boxes of witchelves and 1x blood cauldron, all for the fantastic price of £10 MORE then they retail for seperately... O.O (at least it was a couple of hours ago)... WTF!!

IMO the rest of the figs are a bit rubbish, but it doesn't matter because if this is GWs new pricing policy I wont ever be buying anything new from them again, i'll be building my army out of the Avatars of war dwarves I guess, even though I like them less, still better than mantics toy dwarves.
