Ok Gloria, since you mentioned proportions in regards to the elf, are the proportion bad in this too? I'd like to know your reasoning. And then point out you're wrong. ;)

They all look great Andrew but there does seem to be a bit of homogeneity in the faces. I woudl play up the character differences a little more. But that is me.

That's a really characterful take on a fantasy wizard, doesn't need to be hyper detailed to look like he's out in the woods.
