Ok Gloria, since you mentioned proportions in regards to the elf, are the proportion bad in this too? I'd like to know your reasoning. And then point out you're wrong.

They all look great Andrew but there does seem to be a bit of homogeneity in the faces. I woudl play up the character differences a little more. But that is me.

That's a really characterful take on a fantasy wizard, doesn't need to be hyper detailed to look like he's out in the woods.
