Here's the first look at some 28mm Kappa figures I'll be releasing in a few weeks. Based on the Kappa of japanese legend I've made these to be a kind of weapon using river goblin. I'm working toward releasing more figures so that a decent skirmish force could be put together. There'll be weapon variants, character figs inc shamen types, some models with scavenged samurai armour. For ranged weapons I thinking of going for blowpipes rather than bows.

The first one painted by Einar Olafson! These pics were sent over today and I'm very happy with the pj!

The greens of the first 3 figures. Figs are about 24mm to the top of the head.
