So no more scribbling down ratios on the back of fag packets as there is now an app (Apple only at the moment) for that.
On the App Store for a princely £1.99p.
Review and info.

It's called 'Paint My Minis' but it won't actually paint my minis. Disappointed.

For £1.98p I will sell you a piece of (blank) paper and a pen (from Ikea).
It'll do the same service, and you'll save a whole pence!

Thats what I thought... but I can't find the scrap of paper with the painting recipe for my Eisenkern. I can find the scraps of paper for recipes for other things, and a list of colors I used on my leviathan. I also can't find a list of colors I used for my last crack at NMM. I did however find the incomplete bit of plastic with the various shades of blue I've used on my ashigaru.
It's also got some nifty features. Lets say I post up an army, I can also post up the file from this with a list of all the paints used and where they were used. Someone could then take that file, add it to there shopping list, and pick those paints up (or use it as a check list to see what they already have).
Might have a muck around with it.

I recently treated myself to a 'not moleskin' notepad from tesco. £1.49.
I use it for painting notes, and for drawing cocks on during meetings at work.

I use Google drive to record my paints, mixtures and research. It is free and I can use it on my phone when I am in the model shop and I can't remember which paints I need.
