Spiders

Got a few Otherworld giant spiders on the go at the moment. Posted the first pic in the 'what you painting?' thread but thought I'd just start a new thread and put them all here. First two done and awaiting basing. Two more to go.

If you do not want the classic web you see covered in dew drops then I would use the Christmas decoration known in the UK as Angel Hair and just spread it across their bases and under the spiders.

It should look like the Shelob lair in the LOTR films when done. Just make sure you do not get the iridescent version that looks like thin plastic strips.

Top stuff, as always.

Sure that Geronimo was farting about with cobwebs on Saturday morning... didn't pay enough attention as the state that Skipp and Bunny were in was far funnier

Re:webs - yeah, I just used that halloween stuff bought off ebay. Scales well, lasts pretty much forever for the cost of beans.

Fucking lovely, the pair of them. The second one reminds me of the Vorlon ambassador from Babylon 5.
