How did you handle that gaping maw? did you paint it inside out? White first and glaze the glow in? or red first and highlight to the middle?

I'm always put off by bright things deep inside a figure. I have a pile of skulls I've been avoiding for years beacause I want it to look like inside the pile is light, so the brightest tones would be down in all the cracks. Seems like a huge hassle that I'll totally fuck up and be re-painting over and over as I accidentally get colors in the wrong place :)

Anyway, thats a very successful execution, my good man!

Really nice lighting effect and love the shine of the black. Never been able to get that look.

In this case I started with the orange, then highlighted to the white, as it was a fairly large area and easy to get to. If I was doing the same effect with a skull I'd do the opposite.

The main thing I was trying to achieve was just getting some orange :loopy: onto it, as the pain in the arse customer wanted it to have some because it's a member of the orange faction in the game apparently.
