And I finally finished that fucking Bretonnian standard bearer. Nothing special but I could not get the sodding banner to look good enough with several attempts last year. Bit of a break (several months I think) and I got it sorted.

Very good repaint on those oni. Can't wait to see them fully assembled.

Pants are nice, as is the lining of the cloak but not so keen on the flesh tone.

Based on how weirdly pink his own flesh is there, I'm wagering I'm going to like it a lot more when its shot properly, color normalized, and displayed in full Dags-o-vision. 8)

Dig it so far. RBG?

Nothing on the go for me. In that weird afterglow of finishing something, and for a change I don't have an exact idea of what's next. Woodland hunters I think. Or napoleonic steam tank. Or /maybe/ something off my pile of one offs/charity figs/ and ColMarblzez. Man, its tough being me sometimes.

Just finished a bunch of prep for a Ronin tournament this upcoming weekend. Painted a bunch of Foundry (old Citadel) samurai from the depths of the lead pile, along with a few PlastCraft terrain pieces.

First substantial painting I've done since 2007. It was like starting at square one...

The foundry Samurai are a mix of sculpts I really like and others I don't like at all. Wish they sold them as individuals.

Nice work on them though.
