Slow, intense, quite brilliant in places.

I am satisfied with your product.
My fingernails are filthy, I've got beach tar on my feet

going to see it this week, startled by the reviews so far, trying not to get my hopes up.

Just saw it tonight, in fact I just got home. It was a double bill of the original followed by 2049. I loved it. Visually it is absolutely stunning.
When I die I want the Arsenal players to lower me into my grave so they can let me down one last time.

Oh my word. what a good film.

Intelligent without being up it's own arse, 'look how clever I am' in the way Nolan often is for example, enough brief nods toward the original without being annoying in that 'Oooh look over there it's the Millenium Falcon' way.

The scene with Rachel was astounding, what a world we live in that we can do that nowadays. Gosling acts his socks off, not a fan of the Gosling, but he deserves an Oscar for this one.

Any downsides? well, maybe Harrison Ford phoned it in a bit, but he has never been Olivier, has he?

Just a very good film.

Just came out of thd theatre - bloody good

It really is. I've not found myself thinking about a film quite so much just after I've seen it.

I think I want to go and see it again this weekend.
