Not only is that utterly false but it has been disproven directly by both Trump and Rosenstein. Not even the Breitbart/Washington Examiner/Faux News of the world is still trying this old canard.

Rosenstein was ordered (and has stated publicly he was ordered), by Trump, to produce a memo justifying the firing of Comey. (Ultra stupid even by Trump standards. No firing Comey, no special counsel.)

Trump himself, after the firing, admitted to Lester Holt, on camera - "No matter what the memo stated, I was going to fire him anyway because, you know, RUSSIA."

Cohen pleading guilty to something that is not a crime based on wording given to him to say as a part of a plea deal does not make what he did a crime.

I would point out that it is quite impossible to plead guilty, in court, to something that is not against the law and have the court accept that plea.

Fact: Right here, right now on September 18, 2018 Michael Cohen is a convicted felon, guilty of a Federal Campaign Violation.

Fact: Right here, right now, Donald J. Trump is, in a statement admitted into the record and accepted as fact by a Federal Court, an unindicted co-conspirator of Michael Cohen in conspiring to donate $130,000 in illegal campaign contributions to hush up an embarrassing personal peccadillo and illegally impact the 2016 Presidential election.

Can you please explain to me what an “in-indicted co-conspirator” is?
Basically the prosecutor is saying “Yasaah. We got the goods on him, but can’t be bothered to actually try him. So we’ll call him a name at someone else’s trial.”
Trump wasn’t on trial. Neither was Cohen, actually. He admitted to nonsense to avoid getting in trial for whatever his bigger crimes were. White slavery? Mass murder? Introducing Yoko to John? The nonsense has a tenuous link to Trump.
But once again, Trump was not convicted of anything. By your own description, he wasn’t even indicted. “We gots our eyes on you Donnie!”

Legal experts have stated that his plea for what he did was accepted, because campaign finance violations are crimes, but what he did was not.

You can post "facts" all you like, but I'll stick with the legal expertise of actual lawyers and law professors. We may have to just disagree on that as your arguments will not convince me the legal experts I cited are incorrect, and I'm obviously not going to convince you that they actually know what they are stating.

No idea what an in-indicted co-conspirator is but an unindicted co-conspirator is someone who conspired with the party pleading guilty who has not yet been indicted. In this specific case, Michael Cohen is saying yes, I conspired with Trump to pay off Stormy Daniels and illegally hide the money from campaign disclosure rules.

The term is most commonly associated with Watergate as Richard Nixon was an unindicted co-conspirator in the pleas of Haldeman, Ehrlicman and Dean.
