Not a convicted felon, but clearly one who has committed multiple felonies. The truth is an absolute defense against libel or slander.

No conviction needed, eh? By that light, Trump is also a felon and, worse, a traitor. So the point still stands: where's Orange Julius?

She had me at not convicting for drug possesion, Condi. For that alone, I'd vote for her. If it's not serius drugs, they don't need to be convicted. Slap a ticket on them to remind them to smoke pot at home or at least where others aren't watching. If it is serious drugs with no intent to deal, they probably need intervention or an even heavier ticket.

Cannabis in Massachusetts...

Enforcement laws are pretty much liberal and lax around here, unless one's dumb enough to hand marijuana candy to kids. I can't find what kind of drugs being referred to regarding possession and distribution. I'm not disagreeing with Rollins' plans for reforms, but the other stuff is a list of the stuff that happens around the downtown Boston area.

Almost all of that stuff is ticket/community service stuff to me, Condi. Slap a ticket on them. Make it commensurate with damages and a bit. Make it impossible for them to do jack shit, bureaucratically speaking, until they clear their records.

No need for pricey trials, nor for even pricer encarceration.

Trump is also a felon and, worse, a traitor.

The intentional exposure and failure to correct when warned leading to the compromise of everything on her server is a felony for each classified item. Her failures certainly make her a target for blackmailing by foreign governments, and her being bought and paid for in her influence pedaling scheme to many foreign governments is factually more treasonous tan anything Trump has done.

You are projecting President Fatass's failures on Clinton.

How ya doin?
Bring a certified registered right wing loonie, I really resented going for SEX in the Clinton impeachment case.
There was so much more they could have gone after him for, like bribery x 20, selling ICBM technical data to the Chinese and so on. Hillary was up to her neck in all of these, but no.
They went after Bill for sloppy blowjobs and lying about it.
This is one of the times when I wanted to lynch a lawyer, any lawyer. “Yes he was under oath. Yes he lied. But because his fingers were crossed and it was only tangentially relevant to the torque of the dork and the angle of the dangle it wasn’t germane to the relevancy of the phenomenonology of the .....”
She’s guilty as charged on all charges but nobody ever put any real effort into it because she is St Hillary.

Since there is no dispute about the facts presented, I guess your large red print is all you have.

No question about what she illegally had on her server, little question about her mishandling off the server, no question that, just like selling the Lincoln bedroom at the WH, many of the donations to the Clinton “charity” was quid pro quo either for influence and favor from the State Dept. or down payments for the expected Hillary Clinton presidency.

Yell in red (appropriate color, neh?) for the Clintons. Doesn’t change a thing.

Not convicted? With the DOJ and FBI and FISA courts and national intelligence working overtime on her (and likely Obama’s behalf as he was aware of the illegal emails and may have communicated like so many others in his administration using private civilian accounts),is it any wonder that she hasn’t been indicted yet?

Doesn’t mean she didn’t do anything wrong. Doesn’t mean that these issues won’ be readdressed either via the DOJ IG, or a new Special Counsel. Time will tell.
