Oh Man, now I am checking out the Creationist stuff. Fucking awesome...

"Six-day creationists -- even if they are ultimately right -- will only shoot themselves in the foot if they do not adopt the common sense approach of Intelligent Design advocates who assert that the opening battle can be won using only appeals to reason and science apart from the classroom introduction of religious scripture."

"The pattern is clear: atheists are Christophobes who irrationally hate and fear Christians (and also religiously serious Jews) because they hate and fear the idea of a divine and perfect judge of our honor and virtue. Atheists are the dead end of scientific inquiry and rigorous speculative theory because of their phobia." :loopy:

"Speaking of Dinosaurs, why are they all gone? Dinosaurs came in all sizes, some quite small and nimble. Birds are the last remnants of the beasts which once ruled the Earth. Why? Granted, the large ones were unfit to survive, but the small ones should have been able to adapt without having to develop flight. We should still see some of the smaller ones like Procompsognathus. They were every bit as nimble, as fit, to survive as their mammalian rivals. Yet they are gone. Why did they all turn into birds?"

  YES, EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE BECAME A BIRD (Obviously the editorial filter at American Thinker is not so good)

"You might be a stupid idiot, like me. At least I must be a stupid idiot, since I'm called that quite often. You see, I have doubts about some things. Things like catastrophic, man-caused global warming; neo-darwinistic explanations of evolution; the safety and efficacy of at least some mandatory vaccines; etc. I'm not always called an "idiot." On global warming, I'm a "denier." On evolution, I'm a "creationist." On vaccines, I'm an "anti-vaccine nut." But you get the idea. I'm not rational and fact-based, like they are." CAN I GET AN AMEN?

Uh Oh, JJ is getting pissy about me laughing at his favourite website. Or maybe it is just because Obama made a speech - You can never tell...

And I am pointing to the sort of website, news and "analysis" you frequent and admire. :loopy:

Classy fucking website you frequent JJ Parus...

The elephant in the room is the low I.Q. of these would-be future Americans. Specifically, the average I.Q. in central American countries – Honduras 81, El Salvador 81, Guatemala 79, for example – would assign these migrants and their offspring to the "educable" or mildly retarded category in schools, unable to master all but the basics (Mexico might be a small exception with an average I.Q. of 88).

To be sure, the newcomers may be a tad smarter than their countrymen left behind, but even so, an average of a few points higher would not substantially alter their intellectual shortcomings. Put into context, the average I.Q. of black Americans is 85, so these Central Americans would be at the very bottom of America's educational achievement hierarchy. This awkward reality is not totally racial – notable exceptions exist, and these "educable" Hispanic immigrants will be far outnumbered by whites with similarly low cognitive abilities.

Critically, low I.Q. is likely to persist across generations and is intractable compared to reversing criminality or welfare dependency, since criminality can be mitigated by tougher law enforcement.

What's tomorrows think piece? Gas or Zyklon B? What's best for the deficit?

So that makes the quotes untrue? You claiming Woodward didn’t write what was quoted?

Oh, I am sure the Clinton administration was chaotic. What you seem to be trying to prove is that Clinton was as batshit insane as Trump. Neither Woodward nor your favorite fake news alt right troll site say that.

I wonder if Random is JJ. After all. We have a Russian spam bot that is now attracted to this site and there’s some proof that whoever is directing it also posts here.

Again, it is worth pointing out that the alt right considers gaming sites to be top priority, both for recruitment and for propaganda purposes. They also aren’t really that bright and may not be able to figure out just how useless Frothers is. Or one or another of them, like JJ, could be doing this as a matter of course, “for the cause” just because miniatures gaming is his thing.

We’ve seen our random poster adopt the same tactics as JJ and we’ve also seen him lie, like JJ. But it seems to me that, lately, his lies have a more in-your-face and Orwellian character than used to be the case. Could be JJ, now more anonymous than usual, is simply letting drop any pretense that he’s “not really” an alt right loon. Could be another guy entirely.

In any case, the spamming — both the random version and the more directed stuff we now see here — is designed to drown out whatever is left of discourse on Frothers.

Most people here consider this to be a junk site that will collapse at any time. Oddly enough, I don’t. I find Frother’s anarchism to be refreshing and I think the Froth Pot serves a purpose for being a place where one can discuss things that would be censored elsewhere. Right now, and for the past couple of years, that means TNP. However, TWW and LAF have also been discussed from time to time. The don’t get more spleen simply because their moderation is sane.

If you feel like me, then here are two suggestions:

1) Don’t feed the trolls. Or, if you must, try to do it only when you can make them look extremely stupid and do it in as few words as possible. One sentence would be ideal. And yes, I know that I am a big violator of this one, but I am trying to change that.

2) Use a recognizable voice and handle when you post. We all know who has been around here for awhile and most of us can suss out each others’ voices.

It would be great if someone with moderator access could actually clean out the random spam trollbot from time to time, but I doubt we will be seeing this. I know that whoever is cleaning up the rest of the site probably doesn’t give a monkey’s for the Froth Pot, but this sort of thing can be cancer. If it can be cleaned, I urge you to do it. You probably think that the people posting here are cunts and we probably are, but we are POLITE cunts. We keep this endless bitching to the Froth Pot, as requested, and we try to stay within Frothers minimal rules. The Random Troll/JJ simply wants to crash the site.

As for the rest, I suggest that we simply continue posting and ignore the trolls and spam. I have a sneaking suspicion that the worst of this will be over once the American midterms are over. We should also take it as a backhanded compliment that someone other than Bill apparently thinks that Frothers is a relatively big deal. Being that it is the only miniatures wargaming site that lets people talk back to fascists, I can guess why.

(Btw, it is not Bill doing this: he is too lazy. But seeing how all guests are either Bill or JJ....)

It is amusing that someone is willing to put that much effort into a site they disprove of.
It's always fun to try and wind them up with the minimum effort 0;)

Eventually the money will run out and Frothers will die. Looking on the bright side, at least we won't have to listen to your fucking inane, 'I'm a dead man walking I am' rambling any longer. You fucking walt.

You don’t have to listen to it now, even if such a thing existed.

Don’t feed the trolls

Interesting approach from someone who incessantly baits and annoys the trolls in the first place.
