The "alt-right" is a thing that people call themselves. You can go to their forums, websites and reddit subs. They call themselves "alt-right" to distinguish themselves from the conventional right wing.
They emerged within the last 20'ish years as a mixture of white identify politics, internet rage and hyper-nationalism.

There's no such thing on the left.
Radical leftists call themselves the things they've always called themselves, depending on creed: Anarchists, communists, socialists.
They have held the fundamentally same views for the past 200 years.

The only people using "alt-left" is people trying to justify nazi violence.

Socialists are radical leftists?

Has anyone told Corbyn?

You're right. Only right-wing say stupid shit.

On the radio? Yes, it is just right-wingers.

Ok. I'll give you that one. Left wing radio hasn't a clue how to succeed.
It's the left wing commentators on tv that say the really stupid shit.

Socialists as in "abolish private property"? Yeah.

Socialists as in "pretty much any party that calls themselves socialist and are electable" are just welfare state liberals.

Nothing wrong with that mind, but hardly radical :)

Well to be fair right wing stuff usually is pretty cuntish wherever it's coming from and American right wing stuff tends to be more cuntish than most.

Funny lot of socialists you know comrade.

Socialists want public ownership of capital, in the technical sense of that word as accumulated wealth necessary to enable the other factors of production.
Private property exists in other forms of economic society than capitalism and can continue in a socialist state.

Now you are never going to meet those norms for the five year plan like that are you?

Ordinarily I'd say that Winnie just won the thread, but as he was only up against Rebel it's just so-so.

Well of course. Private property is understood as "productive capital" not "grandmas toothbrush"
