I just read that, and a few other blog postings. Conservatives really live in their own reality.

I tried to sign up to be a card carrying conservative the other day and they threw me off the bus.
I had never read Russel Kirk or Hayek.
Maybe "never heard of" is too strong a term, but I couldn't tell one from the other when presented texts.
They didn't care that I had read P J O'Rorke's Parliament of Whores. Nope. Didn't matter.
