I'm all for mobs beating the shit out if fascists. I just have a hard time figuring out which faction at Charlottesville were the fascists. Strange. The first time I heard a car had plowed into a mob of "innocent protesters" I had no clue which side did it. As it turns out, it was a lone wolf, vaguely sympathetic to a side that didn't even know he was there, but that was enough to tip the scales and decide who were the bad guys.

Their same logic is used by those who advocate, justify, and carry out assassinations of police officers.
