Well Barnier and the Brits agree on one thing, there is no agreement on a trade deal and Barnier is 'determined but not optimistic' to try for a deal.

So look forward to a sub Puerto Rican status with de Pfeffel creeping cap in hand to the Don (you think Biden's going to be Pres? ).

Coupled with our economic state after the Covid bog up we are fucked.

If we thought 'austerity' after the bankers crashed the bus was bad, wait until we sell everything that works to the first person who walks over the hill waving a cheque book.

We might be lucky and be able to join EFTA. Going from a major league to a pub one.

Providing Liechtenstein doesn't veto us.

The one thing I wouldn't do at the moment is get on a small, enclosed, pressurised plane which re-cycles its air and take a long-haul flight.

The Aussies are better off staying where they are for now.

Never got that one myself. English beer is exactly as cold as it needs to be. When a beer actually has things like body and undertones, you don’t need it to be near freezing in order to numb your tastebuds.

However, I do get ordering a Guiness and a Budweisser to drink while its head settles.
