Ebay really are fucking cluless

They're taking away the 100 free listings a month and replacing it with just 20 listings a month:

They've taken away more than they're giving there, and they've probably done it because their income has dropped from sellers, due to buyers paying less for stuff and buying fewer items. Although ebay seems clueless has to the reason why. It lives in a different world, see, where the recession never happened and a higher cost of living don't exist

Another thing that limits sales is fucking royal mail.

Most of the 2nd class recorded items i send out have gone from about £1.50 to £3.70 as a small packet, which is fucking annoying.

I know I don't post anything outside of Europe anymore. The cost just skyrockets, even on small items

Shipping from the US to Europe, or anywhere else is just appalling :(

add that to the ebay fees

SIGH

I don't ship out of the UK anymore, as overseas tracked/signed for is prohibitive. I only send stuff out tracked now due to either the ineptitude of the postal system or pikeys trying it on and claiming non-delivery (delete as applicable, specifically with reference to Greece, Spain and Italy).

Sold one of our older 3d printers on ebay a short while back. . . Ebay fees hit the ceiling of £271, even though i thought it was capped at £75 ... gits.
Sellers on ebay are just being asked to bend over now-a-days, for like 15% of everything sold on ebay - you'd have thought they could at least build an easy to navigate website!!

That's bad enough in itself, but it's them taking their percentage from postage fees as well that annoys many sellers. So sellers have to factor in many things when posting items. The sneaky little rise in postage for Royal Mail items that's happened in the past couple of weeks (which I never knew about until I went to the post office last week) hasn't helped either.
