Trademarking Geometric Shapes

Postby The Masked Frother » Mon Mar 17, 2014 5:32 pm

Has this been discussed yet? I ask, having noticed that Privateer Press has apparently trademarked the circle.

Is there still a chance to grab the square or hexagon?

Imagine the royalties one could earn from graph paper sales alone!

You are way behind the curve. I trademarked the Brown Starfish and the pair of spheres some years ago - now every time you post you owe me money.
