Don't bother. Retain your ignorant bliss. You don't care, I can almost guarantee it. Even if the issues they're trying to discuss are interesting or worthwhile, the sheer scale of miscommunication and obtuseness renders it pointless.
The very first line about how the shapes of the female form are inherently attractive give you an idea of how much bullshit its laden with. Commonplace sophomoric claptrap from a bunch of tossers, peppered with logical arguments of the 'I know my biased opinion is valid because I asked one woman and she agreed with me, and so one anecdote supports my generalization as fact ' sort.
