Wanted - kniggits plastic 1/32nd

OK guys, its been tidy up time.

I have unearthed old Timpo kniggits - plastic probably 70's and possibly a few 50 + 60s (I am sure the boudicca/valkyrie are older than 70's)

Sadly the plastic is really brittle and hard on most of them, due to age, which makes them unsuitable for defending the 2x3 wooden castle while my son and I play with them.

So any suggested modern non collectable alternatives for 5 year olds (and his eager-to-be-involved 3 year old sister) please?

The crusaders have lovely swappable weapons and shields.

HOW MUCH !!

I thought old things were supposed to get cheaper over time. Bloody collectables, I could buy plenty of new packs if I sold these.

Even the cheaper one pieced new ones are more expensive than lead 28mm!

I am surprised no one makes mulitpart knights, seeing the collectable prices.

Thank you kwakka, I was about to bin these they might end up on ebay.

Don't bin them. I have a bunch of Britain's and Timpo's from the early 70s that I am keeping for the day I'm a grandfather. In the meantime, you should be able to find some el cheapo plastic figures. Have a look even on Amazon UK. Also, the Papo brand of figures is very good, but they usually run £3-5 per figure (but are already painted).

except its complete with all 4 walls, the base inside and most of the wooden red roofs for the keep.

I suspect some of the figures are from the same time.
