best part, was when someone complained that her yoga instructor kept telling the class "to be the best person that they are"

I was forced to tell the tale of my reaction to a similar thing said in a yoga class I went to yeeears ago
instructor: be the best at what you are
me (in a total fail of verbal editorial control): what if you're a serial killer?

I still fondly remember the sound of people moving their yoga mats away from me

what else...

push up bras and yoga don't mix. (unless you like being suffocated mid inverted pose)
