Belgian beer is the best in the world (it kills me to say it, but it's true and God knows I've done my best to sample all 800 or so different ones here) and they invented chips (most likely and I like to believe it because I don't like the French). I have no idea about any Belgian cyclist because cycling is the lamest sport in the world. Despite having lived here for 18 years (as of next month), I am not, nor will I ever be, Belgian.

Oddly enough, it wasn't until TtBHJ made a post about buying a bunch of Gaylords that I discovered that Gaylords refer to something quite different in the US. On the other hand maybe he was using colloquial English and we now know where all the Kickstarter money went (At least somebody got paid!)

We did Bruges for a works xmas day out a few years back. Best day out on the piss ever, even with the hideously long travel times at either end
