Haven't had Marmite for years.

Did you know it was named after the pot it came in?

Had marmite this morning. Seedy bread. Lush
Apparently vegemite was concocted during world war 2 when the fighting disrupted supply lines to oz. The marmite that they tried to brew over there was rough as balls so vegemite was considered the better option. How fucking bad must it have been for vegemite to be the better option?!!
