Well, this is amusing. It looks as though Kevin Kiley has been using the Amazon accounts of two female relatives to post favourable reviews of his own Artillery of the Napoleonic Wars:

The history buffs who reviewed the book as ‘Great Read! Loads of technical information’ and ‘an excellent reference source’ are called ‘Sarah’ and ‘’Robyn’. Clicking on their profiles reveals that on the same day as she reviewed Kevin’s book ‘Sarah’ also reviewed various female knicknacks and children’s toys - but strangely has never reviewed any other books, historical or otherwise. ‘Robyn’ has been posting reviews for many years however, including of a vacuum cleaner, a Martha Stewart Cookbook, quite a few romantic novels .. and, incongruously, three other books on Napoleonic Artillery besides Kevin’s magnum opus.
