Bill is guessing (probably correctly) that TNP is so small insignificant and so obviously dying, that by the time any compliance people who haven't been outsourced privatised and bought off get round to him, he and the forum will be but a twinkling afterglow in the cyber firmament.

I genuinely agree with Bill on this one.
I don't see any point in him doing anything and I dare say he doesn't need to. Small hobby forums are not the target of this legislation and they are 'opt in' after all.
I think he probably is safe.
