I have been thinking of the ways for me to be granted an F-1 visa for students who will be studying in the US. However, there is a possibility that the US Embassy would raise a RED FLAG when they ask about the information on how did I met my sponsor and what is my relationship with him. He is my boyfriend. Answering the US embassy with that answer would really raise a RED FLAG for my intention to study there. Wherein fact I will just study there and go back to my country after. If I am doing good and someone will hire me right away, that's the way I could stay there. US embassy may think I will marry my boyfriend there. And it is not the plan. So, now I really don't know what to do. I am doing all my best because I know I deserve the best. I've been praying for this opportunity, now that it is in front of me, it looks like it's impossible.

I really need your help people. I really wanna do this. I know I deserve this. As what people that I met says, I don't deserve to be here in PI as they know me, the way I do things, the way I talk and how big my head is and what can I do if I will be given the chance.

Maybe you know visa lawyers there who could help me. Immigration officers, or people who works in the US Embassy.

Please PM me or add me on my skype. If you have information and wanted to help. (kjulia_04) that's my skype ID.

You could help me. You just need to deal with it seriously.

Thank you so so much.

Your Editor,
Julia

Apart from being in very poor english for an editor, I can't see why this is odd. People are always asking for free Legal advice on t'net, and usually get what they pay for - how does this differ?

I'm sure the replies will be most amusing, but not worth paying a subscription to see

If anyone decides to offer to help her out, just make sure she has a cough.

I'm sure the US embassy would much rather issue a visa to someone whose sponsor is a creepy old guy from an internet forum.

Pretty fucking straight forward if you really want to go to school. If you just want to get into the country to work for bill and pursue a modelling career, well, thats another story. Looks like she's learned from the master how to stir up interest though.

Before you can apply at a U.S. embassy or consulate for an F or M student visa, you must first apply to and be accepted by a SEVP approved school. Visit the Department of State EducationUSA website to learn about educational opportunities for undergraduate and graduate study, opportunities for scholars, admissions, and more.

When you are accepted by the U.S. school you plan to attend, you will be enrolled in the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). You must pay the SEVIS I-901 Fee. The U.S. school will provide you with a Form I-20 to present to the consular officer when you attend your visa interview. If your spouse and/or children intend to reside with you in the United States while you study, they must obtain individual Form I-20s, but they do not pay the SEVIS fee. Visit the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) website to learn more about SEVIS and the SEVIS I-901 Fee.

Review the instructions for how to apply for a visa on the website of the embassy or consulate where you will apply. Additional documents may be requested to establish that you are qualified. For example, additional requested documents may include evidence of:

Your academic preparation
Your intent to depart the U.S. upon completion of the course of study; and
How you will pay all educational, living and travel costs.
