This has nothing to do with the database work which Editor Julia has been doing.
It all seems rather vague, let's hope that the system can hold up for another 10 years until TMP 4.0 is ready. I assume he's working towards a state of nirvana where reindexing takes 24 hours leaving people no time to post on the site and increase the size of the database.
