Yeah. What was the filthy website that 'outed' the editors against their will over 20 years ago?

Amazing prescience there. Anyone got this Saturday's Lotto numbers?

In 1994, another website "outed" several of our staff members against their will.

The fuck is that about? 1994 was 20 fucking years ago. I very much doubt that even "several" of the editors were alive back then.

It's eternally 1994 on TMP. It's the last time Bill did any coding for the site.

Bill actually died in 1984. The semi-sentient computer program he left behind to further his goals for TMP to become the best wargaming site around was warped by the dark nature of the internet (and shite coding) and became twisted, becoming ever more weird and creepy over time. Tango was the last ditch effort to remain relevant to wargaming without going on diatribes about editors panties exploding, but that became warped as well and ended up posting ultramodern shite everywhere until it eventually fell apart and died. End is nigh etc.

…another website "outed" several of our staff members…

That site is called Facebook.

They were also "outed" on a blog called 'transpinayhelper'.

Neither of which happened in 1994.

Perhaps he was outed before? The transpinays might have found out about his secret identity as a wargamer.

Possibly they are volunteers from some private charity project. Trying to help him to finally admit he is a wargamer, but each time he chickens out at the last minute and posts about sailors and right-wing politics on the UM board instead. The chickens he sends out to them are cries for help at his inability to own up to his shameful interest.

Maybe they are worried if he starts to hang out with war-gamers that the filth sticks.
