But what if you paint your horses incorrectly ?

I was just about to guess if it was MacTwattie being his usual self again.

Quite.

It takes two to...er...Tango.

There's absolutely no fucking point applying sanctions to one of the antagonists and not the other.

The game design board would be an interesting place to visit without the same old twats pedalling the same old shite. They have nothing new to add, they want to polish their vanity and kid themselves they have discovered Truths About Napoleonic Warfare that mere mortals could never understand.

Get rid of the lot of 'em. Then you might persuade those that do have a fucking clue to start posting.

At no point during the ECM's tenure on Kometenmelodie in the late 2290s did the average trooper carry more than two water canteens. The ECM's outmoded M3A1 LBE could not possibly support the added weight on extended operations. And you painted them the wrong shade of grey. Any fool knows the M3A1 integrated webbing system should most definitely be a warm grey and not the cool grey you settled for. You utter muppet. :beard:

I do love it when you talk dirty.

It's one of the attractions of Flintloque; it's Napoleonics, but the button-counters and lace-freaks get apoplexy trying to decide what to complain about first...

They usually settle on complaining about some of the rather ropey sculpts. :P

I'll confess, I play Flintloque for the exact reason of giving Nappie players' blood pressure up so high their eyes bleed out red. Still can't believe we managed to get a group together here in Texas that has played once a month for around two years or so.

Personally I, and most other Napoleonics gamers I know, couldn't give a fuck how you play with your toy soldiers as long as you don't try to tell us how to play with ours

But that's always worked so well for Bill 0;)

"Glad I play sci-fi"

Yeah... cos there's nothing more enjoyable than listening to some twat in a Star Wars t-shirt and undiagnosed Asbergers recite large chunks of the script of Red Dwarf/Star Trek/ Monty Python etc etc. whilst waiting for his turn to roll dice. *

* Actually there is, it's some adenoidal fucker with a clip board reciting the serial numbers of locomotives. Fortunately these are a rarer breed and if provoked you can always 'accidentally' nudge them on the tracks as a train approaches. 8)

Nah.
I'm interested in reading when someone has something worth writing.
Typical of someone who has made a life out of soft science academia, you like to use many words to express very little in terms of ideas. I understand that it has become an essential part of your career to produce content, even if it has little value, because a professor's cv needs to be filled with publications even if they are really crap.
But here, nobody is going to base their judgement on the content of your posts in terms of word count.

Typical of idiots, you use "academic" as an ad hominem.
