Why would it necessarily be, given that "mental gender" is a social construct and not a trans-human given? I know plenty of transpeople and they are probably more mentally stable, basically, than the cis people I know. Many of them deal with deep-seated self-esteem issues that started with their parents slapping them around and kicking them out of the house, however. Many more have some nasty PTSD issues. But findamental mental hjealth issues caused by being trans itself? I've seen zero and plenty of psychologists agree with me. Most of them are certainly less loony, say, than doll-collecting gym janitors who fantasize about shooting down terrorist or closeted Mormons with daddy issues.

So, yeah they are sick/diseased/broken. In the same manner as somone who has cancer or Down syndrome. It is not their fault, being the way they are, but it is not normal. To pretend otherwise is a lie.

Whether or not you or I think it was anti-trans bullshit, WENDY certainly did. She said so several times and also said so, IIRC, when she told us why she wouldn´t be participating in this discussion anymore.
