Rick Dangerous is still banned, as are my earlier ones. I guess that, like Sane Max, I am also too much of a cunt for TMP.

I'm still out (though I couldn't claim it was a sockpuppet, so doesn't really count?) and my supporting membership is still gone and -no surprise- my money is still in Bill's grimy hands.

That could be it, but I suspect it results from the same petty dick-ness akin to (though nowhere near the level of) that which he used to 'justify' his actions towards Angelbarracks/TWW.
