Good work Bill.

Perfect! Better ban all new members, they might be Frothers 0;)
I tend to use gmail for my sockpuppets there, easy to create and he sees them as legit!
(obviously forgetting that we still have a pool of 134 working sockpuppet accounts left, dating back 5 or more years!)

I use a mixture of all three myself, it's best not to be too predictable.

They're all completely disposable.

An email from a Google, Yahoo or Hotmail address could probably be traced if Bill could convince the relevant people that they should go to a shitload of effort to track down someone making sarky remarks on TMP.

Which isn't going to happen.

The request would need to arrive having gone via a judge... I suspect even in the US they don't issue court orders to reveal private data because someone's been "sarky"

Bill's going to have to hire a lot more editors to keep writing emails to the ISPs then!

Wonderful

How long before Bill starts asking to see a passport, driving license or utility bill as proof of identity accompanied by a large non refundable deposit!
