He locked someone for having a disposable email address?

I'm pretty sure he's misusing the term and doesn't even know what the hell it is. There are a lot of legitimate reasons for having one, and the only people who would worry about it are those who would target you for spam. So, either he's using the term to mean something else, or he's selling the member list to spammers and doesn't want to include those that come through a dedicated DEA service.
I'm not a bad man but in certain situations I have to ask myself - what would a bad man do?
