The horrible thing is, I would much rather listen to this than that fucking awful shite Dave and Si have been posting. I reckon the only reason band T shirts are so much more popular with heavy metal fans than any other type of music, is because they are the only fucking way you can tell who you are going to see, cos they all sound exactly the fucking same.

I've always been at a bit of a loss with Carter USM. The lyrics are great but I just can't seem to enjoy their stuff. There are a few bands and artists I have this feeling with, like Caberet Voltaire, Bowie, Lou Reed, OMD. I know they are really good, the quality just oozes out of their stuff but they just don't move me, get my pulse racing. The worst thing is knowing that it is my loss, that I'm the one missing out.
