Er - the whole NI Protocol shtick above?
Brexit - N. Ireland on same island as the Republic of Ireland but politically part of UK.
Brexit agreement - border between EU and UK now in Irish sea, not on island of Ireland where it should be, to protect EU/UK border. Goods from GB to NI now treated as going between UK and EU, goods going from NI to Ireland counted as all within EU, no border checks, but NI NOT in EU.
Sinn Fein (IRA in civvies) love this as it means NI almost part of Ireland and not UK. DUP (Orange Lodge Parade minus the bowler) hate it for same reason.
Sinn Fein 'won' the last election but need DUP to join in power sharing. DUP hate SF (see Troubles™) and don't want to play second fiddle. They are refusing to share because of Brexit Protocol Trade Agreement devised and signed by one Mr Alexander Boris dePfeffel Johnson.
Mr Johnson didn't think EU meant it really and has now promised Prods he'll 'sort it out'. Prepared a unilateral revocation of Protocol and will table it in Parliament if EU don't rollover and pretend they didn't mean it.
EU has a different view and has threatened that such an act would breach international law and it will retaliate, up to and including a complete 'No Deal Brexit' which will mean huge tariffs, checks on all goods both directions and lovely problems with financial services and travel.
That Trade War.
Oh and they'll have to enforce the border between NI and the Republic which will mean a breach of The Good Friday Agreement - another International Treaty and not just a scribble on an old fag packet and it will probably mean everybody gets their guns out of hiding, sorry recovers their weapons from 'beyond permanent use' and starts the Troubles™ again.
