So Bill follows a lot of outspoken right-wing Fox News women. Not men strangely.

Adblock. I haven't seen a banner ad on TNP for years :)

Does Bill's new rule stretch beyond manufacturers and publishers? I mean, what about people that post their Youtube videos on TMP for instance? Youtube earns people money, so are they not allowed to post in the normal message boards?

And Tango is showing Bill who's the boss by continuing to post free advertising! 0;)

Sorry to be the Grammar Nazi, but in this case it's important to differentiate clearly, because it's Bill who's flaunting his authority.

Bill, an "authority" -- it's to laugh. :D

I stand corrected. (See, Bill? This is how an adult admits he blew it....)

How did the other bloke even fall foul of Billdo’s new rules anyway? I thought recommendations in reply to a question was allowed? What a cluster fuck.

The funniest thing about this is the OP asks for an opinion on something as mundane as a paint rack, and someone takes the time to put together a considered answer only for Bill to come in and completely destroy his response. No matter that the OP is in the US and there may be cheaper options available locally, he will only get to find out about a single product that may or may not suit his needs.

End result is an OP who wonders why he bothered asking the question, a responder who wonders what he has done wrong, and a bunch of onlookers who (if they have heard about the new rules) will realise it's not worth replying. All this on a website for the discussion of miniature-related topics, driving the utility of the forum to around zero.

Ban him, Bill! Ban him! He's flaunting your authority! You know you must! To maintain a "A Positive, Harmonious Environment"!

Um, Sho Boki is lamenting the new policy because "advertising' is not allowed in the boards any more, but he doesn't want to visit Hobby News because its ... advertising.
Am I missing something here?

He’s good.
He’s like a Yorkshire Terrier that has a good bite on Bill’s ankle and just won’t let go.
