Agreed, but Dave's the boss so he can abuse his customers any time he likes. And if what he says is true Randy richly deserves it.

You used to work for GW IIRC. How often did you want to tell some obnoxious twat to fuck right off? It must have been about once a day for me.

But I was only a bad person once, and that was after I'd handed in my notice. A really annoying regular asked me how I thought he could improve his painting so I suggested he should buy a bigger roller.

Anyone here who is not a hobby producer or consumer or both? We are hardly a disinterested bunch. And when it's USA vs UK, it gets a bit thick.

Reading between the lines, I think there was a problem Minifigs explained it to "Randy", Randy grudgingly accepted it, then as days went by got unhappy with the time the solution was taking. Dave should have simply asked if Randy wanted the whole correspondence made public. (Of course, if Minifigs has been blowing him off, that might not be the best idea.)

Well I suggest you read the fucking thing and then you'd realise Dave Ryan did reply (which is why he was snotty when Randy said he hadn't). He explained the problem, Randy agreed to the solution (whatever the fuck that was) and then ordered more stuff.
What the beef is I have no idea.
Frankly they are both behaving like prats, but the buyer is certainly not telling the whole story - as he admits in his second snark.

Yes, obviously my house being on fire and some dipshit not sending me the stuff I paid for are equivalent scenarios.

The only unreasonable people here are the ones who feel entitled to others’ money with no communication or providing the agreed upon goods/services and the person who feels that is acceptable.
