I think your Dark Elves will still be allowed. I think they want as much variety on the board as possible.
Duff's already said they'll let the Dwarf on a Bat in so I'd say that your Delves stand a pretty good chance.

The only real issue is keeping the base sizes correct so that the stats work. At the end of the day, use what you like, just make it look like it deserves the stats.
